 北京建工一建装饰公司，享有建筑装饰一级、建筑幕墙一级资质，在管理体系上，通过了ISO9001-2000质量管理体系、14001环境管理体系和
GBT28001职业安全健康管理体系的认证。公司具有丰富的高级装饰技术管理员工队伍和雄厚的建筑装饰装修工程设计、施工、管理实力，是具有独立承接各种大型公共设施、宾馆饭店和楼堂公寓等内外高档装修的专业公司。
公司下设八部一室、八个项目经理部和一座幕墙厂。幕墙厂具有石材幕墙、金属幕墙、玻璃幕墙、铝合金门窗和塑钢门窗等设计和加工制作的综合功能。多年来，先后与香港耀荣公司、德国慧鱼公司、喜利得公司、美国道康宁公司以及广州、福建、山东、江苏、四川等国内外几十个厂家和施工队伍建立了稳定可靠的联营合作关系，形成了企业经营运作、设计和施工的综合实力。
公司所承担的全国政协办公楼、外交部办公楼、中国革命历史博物馆、人民大会堂、京西宾馆、北京饭店、高等教育出版社业务楼等标志性工程，北京第一座中外合资工程--建国饭店、美国纳德尔公司设计的大连三鑫大厦、美国米亚公司设计的大连富源大厦、法国设计欧式风格的广东南海枫丹白鹭大酒店等国际性工程，以及其他各项工程的装饰装修，获省市级以上各类奖21项。其中北京泛利大厦获北京市建筑装饰奖；大连三鑫大厦和高等教育出版社业务楼获全国建筑工程装饰奖；京西宾馆获全国建筑装饰工程科技奖；全国政协办公楼获全国鲁班奖。
公司通过多年实践，走出了一条内外装修，全面发展的道路，尤其以干挂石材幕墙为强势项目，被誉为"干挂王"，有两项实用新型挂件获得了国家专利。首次突破国内石材幕樯干挂"百米"大关的大连三鑫大厦、富源大厦经过几度台风过境安然无恙，丹东昆源大厦经过5.2级地震纹丝不动。

公司营业范围：承接各种大型公共设施、宾馆饭店和楼堂公寓等室、内外装饰装修工程的设计与施工。承接各种建筑幕墙、铝材、塑钢门窗及金属饰品的设计、加工和安装。
Brief Introduction
Beijing Jiangong-yijian Construction Decoration
Engineering Company is a large professional enterprise
which is able to contract alone the superior quality
decoration,both exterior walls and rooms,of public
buildings,hotels,commodious halls and apartments.A
large number of experienced engineers and technologists
have gathered together in the company working
at architecture design and engineering management.The
company has been qualified as grade A for building
decoration and grade A for buiding's curtain walls
and has been approved for ISO 9001-2000 quality
control system.
In the company,there installed eight departments,one
office,eight project managing units and one multiple
processing factory which is ablity to design and
produce stone components,metal curtain walls,glass
curtain walls,aluminium windows,plastic-steel
windows.In the passed several years,stability
and reliable ralitions have been estabilished
between Beijing Jiangong-yijian Construction Decoration
Engineering Company and YiuWing(HK)Contracting
Co.Ltd,Fischer Group of Companies( Germany),HILTI
Co. ,Dow Corning Co.USA as well as companies and
factories in Guangzhou,Fujian,Shandong,Jiangsu
and Sichuan etc,which has further strengthend
multi-competition capacity.
Seven Beijing good quality prizes and nineteen
special prizes were awarded to the company for
its outstanding projects which included not only
many large buildings with important significance
,such as Building of National Committee of People's
Political Consultative Conference ,Buildings of
Foreign Ministry,China history and revolutionary
Museum,The great hall of the people,Jingxi Hotel,Beijing
Hotel,but also many international character buildings:Jianguo
Hotel-the first jointly owned hotel in Beijing,Sanxin
Mansion in Dalian-principal designed by Nadel
of USA,Fuyuan Mansion in Dalian-principal designed
by Miya of USA,Fontianeblean Hotel in Guangzhou-in
European style,designed by French architectures,particularly,Beijing
Fanli Mansion was awarded Beijing high quality
construction engineering-decoration engineering
prize,Sanxin Mansion in Dalian is the first China
decoration engineering prize and Building of National
Committee of People's Political Consultative Conference,the
China Luban prize.
Through practice for many years,the company has
made considerable progress in decoration engineering
technology and also in the more wide fields,especially,the
technology of stone curtain walls.Two patent rights
of this technology were confered to the company.The
height of stone curtain walls of Sanxin Mansion
in Dalian is beyond 100 meters,stone curtain walls
of Fuyuan Mansion in Dalian were not damaged-even
a little bit-after typhoon's trial for several
times,walls of Kunyuan Mansion in Dandong,stood
still in excellent condition even being shaken
during a 5.2 degree earthquake.The company is
praised as "the king of stone curtain walls."
